Returns & Cancellations

Refunds or Replacements for Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, I will make it right. Simply let me know within 48 hours of delivery, and I’ll gladly issue a full refund or ship you a replacement item at no additional cost. Please email me at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the damaged item to initiate the process.

What if I’m not satisfied with my order?

If you’re not completely satisfied with your order for any reason, please reach out to me. While I don’t offer exchanges or refunds on standard purchases, I’m happy to provide refunds or replacements for damaged or defective items.

Shipping Information

Shipping is a simple $6 flat rate fee per-order. I will ship most orders in 24-48 hours. However, it could take 1+ week in some circumstances – I am only one person after all. If at any point you feel the wait is too long I will process your refund immediately.

Quality Policy

I stand by the quality of my products, all of my pins will closely resemble the product images presented on the website. However, due to the handmade nature of enamel pins they differ from piece to piece – yours will not be an exact match with the photo you see on this site. They may also have minor cosmetic flaws such as:

    • Tiny air bubbles
    • Minor enamel underfill
    • Slightly off-set screen printed areas

Occasionally, I may offer “B Grade” pins on the site which feature minor defects at a discount price. Flaws differ between each pin, and the one sent to you will be chosen at random. When you purchase these, which will be clearly indicated on the site, you agree to accept the item AS IS. Some of these flaws include:

    • Many air bubbles in the enamel
    • Multiple areas of underfilled enamel
    • Moderately scuffed enamel or metal
    • Moderately scratched enamel or metal
